Description
This course equips healthcare and business leaders with the knowledge and tools to shift from compliance-driven DEI (CDDEI)—which often leads to tokenism, resistance, and superficial outcomes—to performance-driven DEI (PDDEI). This strategic approach strengthens innovation, competitiveness, and stakeholder value. Participants will learn to embed PDDEI into the four quadrants of the Human-Centered Design Model: Leadership, Care, Culture, and Best-in-Market Performance. Leaders who complete this course and receive a passing grade on all assessments will earn a Performance-Driven DEI Professional (PDDP certification
